Description

Shifting into Next Gear introduces a different way of approaching work that is solution focussed and empowering people to trust and make decisions based on critical risk.

The workshop will introduce you to the 3 Guiding Principles;

1. People are the Solution

  • Places people at the centre of decision making empowering them to generate ideas and be solution focussed

2. Safety is the Presence of Positives

  • Looks at the health of the system overall and seeks to understand successful work as it is done

3. Safety is an Ethical Responsibility

  • Freedom with the framework creates space for people to thrive and innovate whilst maintaining operational rigour in our high consequence risks
