SafeSpine/SafeMind is a mandatory workshop and forms part of the mobilisation requirements for anyone working on the SEPA - South Eastern Program Alliance.

Shifting Into Next Gear is SEPA's and Laing O'Rourke's Safety Philosophy workshop. It is mandatory for all personnel working on the South Eastern Program Alliance to complete the workshop as outlined in the SEPA mobilisation process. This is an interactive session to encourage participation and open discussion.

The Frontline Leaders Programme is designed primarily for our people who are required to provide site-based leadership to ensure we put our people to work safely and productively.

The Engaging Leaders Programme is a cutting-edge development experience, designed to improve the ability of managers to engage and lead their teams. Offered to all people managers and 'emerging leaders', it clearly defines 'what good looks like' in the area of engaging leadership.

Delivering for Success (DfS) is a commercial and financial acumen training programme built for our project delivery teams. The programme covers the fundamental skills, knowledge and acumen that enable us to deliver successful outcomes on our projects, both commercially and financially.

The purpose of Planning and Time Management skills workshop is developing your skills and level of awareness to create self-sufficiency and capability

Participants who are deemed competent will receive a Statement of Attainment recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework. This certification is nationally recognised and is issued by Pinnacle Safety and Training (RTO 40496). National unit of competency: HLTAID009 - Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation HLTAID010 - Provide Basic Emergency Life Support HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid
