Description

Innovation & Excellence is a strategic pillar in our SEPA business plan. We embed innovation in the way we go to work and have built a strong foundation of structure, leadership, and people to drive innovative solutions.

Introduction to Innovation will take you through what is innovation, our SEPA journey, how we embed an innovation strategy, framework and ecosystem, our methodology using lean principles and our client expectations. We will also equip you with the tools and resources to get started and showcase some of our impressive innovations.

Key Outcomes:

- Understand definition of Innovation and how it is conducted at SEPA
- Build awareness of the Innovation Ecosystem and methodology
- Ability to utilise the contents of the Innovation & Excellence Handbook
