Delivering for Success (DfS) is a commercial and financial acumen training programme built for our project delivery teams. The programme covers the fundamental skills, knowledge and acumen that enable us to deliver successful outcomes on our projects, both commercially and financially.

Description

DfS Module 1 deliberately goes back to basics to cover the essentials that equip our people with the tools and knowledge to successfully deliver projects and packages of work with consistency – resulting in more certainty of time, cost and quality.
This interactive, activity-based programme focuses on six topics:

  • Procurement
  • Scopes of work
  • Records
  • Budgets to build
  • Cost forecasting
  • Change control
