Frontline Leaders - Module 1

The Frontline Leaders Programme is designed primarily for our people who are required to provide site-based leadership to ensure we put our people to work safely and productively.

Description

The programme provides attendees with the key skills and abilities to lead our site-based workforce and deliver our projects in line with our Next Gear philosophy. The programme clearly articulates a frontline leader's role in workforce and supply chain engagement, resolving issues and generating solutions.

The programme consists of the following modules:

  • Module 1: Leadership 101

Prerequisites

Attendees are required to have completed the 'Shifting into Next Gear' workshop prior to attending any module on the programme.
