Understand the CoR obligations of your job role when undertaking ‘transport activities’ Explains the steps required to achieve compliance wuth the Heavy Vehicle National Law HVNL or applicable state/territory law and regulations; Explain of the CoR concepts as described in the HVNL such as: shared responsibility, due diligence, transport activities. Identify and report chain of responsibility breaches. Implement and monitor relevant risk control measures and report actions taken.

TLIF0014
- Identify, apply and follow chain of responsibility (CoR) legislation, regulations and workplace procedures in relation to heavy vehicles as they apply to an individual’s own job role.
- Provides to opportunity to ask questions specific to your job role / business / industry or circumstance.
- Complete safety documentation of identified transport activities.
- Implement relevant risk control measures and report actions taken to relevant person in accordance with workplace procedures.
- Monitor CoR obligations and compliance under the HVNL.
- Undertake due diligence activities.
TLIF0015
- Identify load characteristics and job hazards.
- Identify goods requiring special handling and or documentation.
- Ensure the relevant mass, dimensions and loading requirements are met.
- Follow workplace procedures and supply relevant workplace documentation.
- Understand the various methods of Load Restraint and how to meet the current ‘Performance Standards’
