Shifting Into Next Gear is SEPA's and Laing O'Rourke's Safety Philosophy workshop. It is mandatory for all personnel working on the South Eastern Program Alliance to complete the workshop as outlined in the SEPA mobilisation process. This is an interactive session to encourage participation and open discussion.

Scaffold Awareness Training is facilitated and run by Base Industries (formerly known as Scaffold Logistics). They have taken the lead to improve the education of safe scaffold practices. There are far too many incidents, injuries and even fatalities as the result of ignorance and lack of understanding of scaffold compliance. This training aims to bridge the gap in individuals understanding and knowledge relating to Scaffolding.

This face-to-face course is a comprehensive education in best-practice ICAM methods. iCAM Lead Investigator i designed for safety, operations and supervisory personnel, who will lead or facilitate investigations. ICAM experts are responsible for keeping track of incidents, conducting detailed investigations, and determining the best response to workplace incidents.

This Induction is a mandatory requirement (from 1st April 2022) for any Rail Safety Worker that is required to undertake the role of a Work Group Supervisor (WGS). To be approved for this induction you MUST have completed the RCCC - Rail Corridor Construction Course (mandatory from 1st November 2023)

This training is to provide an overview of stakeholder requirements when working on a SEPA project and the role of the Construction Interface Manager in managing these.

This nationally recognised course equips participants with the leadership skills required to act in the role of Chief Warden during a workplace fire event or other incident. It covers how to make decisions about people’s safety during a workplace emergency and trains participants in how to give instructions for responding to the emergency incident.

The blind spot awareness training program is designed to give site personnel an appreciation for the people / plant interaction risk that exists across the level crossing removal works.

Understand the CoR obligations of your job role when undertaking ‘transport activities’ Explains the steps required to achieve compliance wuth the Heavy Vehicle National Law HVNL or applicable state/territory law and regulations; Explain of the CoR concepts as described in the HVNL such as: shared responsibility, due diligence, transport activities. Identify and report chain of responsibility breaches. Implement and monitor relevant risk control measures and report actions taken.

This induction will ensure that any person new to the South Dynon TMF project are familiarised with the Pacific National site requirements.
