SafeSpine / SafeMind Workshop

SafeSpine/SafeMind is a mandatory workshop and forms part of the mobilisation requirements for anyone working on the SEPA - South Eastern Program Alliance.

Description

SafeSpine/SafeMind™ is a 2-hour practical body/mind awareness workshop designed to empower workers to take a proactive approach to spinal and musculoskeletal exercises as well as mental health. The program aims to create a sustainable culture of lowering and reducing the severity of soft tissue injuries, and encourages positive mental health practices to use at work and home.
