Team binder is the platform used across all Level Crossing Removal Projects to capture, review and manage all documents on the project. This training is aimed to give an overview and incite on how to use and navigate your way through Teambinder successfully.

The training will be run by the SEPA Document Control team who are experts on the Teambinder system, including the Forms Module. Outlined below is what will be covered in the Forms Module training in Teambinder. Upon completion of the training, users will be able to successfully create and navigate their way through the various type of forms.

The training will be run by SEPA Document Control who complete quality checks and submit the design submissions to stakeholders. Outlined below is what will be covered in the Design Package Submission training. Upon completion of the training, users will be able to successfully submit Design packs to Doc Control with the aim of no errors resulting in quicker process times.

This training is run by the SEPA Document Control and Information Management Team who are experts on the TeamBinder system and are responsible for the implementation, support and ongoing management of the system. This training will mainly focus on what checks (format & meta data not content) Document Control carry out before we action any items – from Non-Design documentation, creating new users/tenderer accounts, allocating document numbers, or uploading documentation. Upon completion of the training
