Cultural Competency Training

The Cultural Competency Workshops are designed to provide cultural education and cultural competency training to SEPA to support our social procurement and employment programs.

Description

The session designed for SEPA staff aims to engage and inform participants about what it takes to build a culturally safe workplace. The session will also address any knowledge gaps staff may have about local Traditional Owners, Aboriginal organisations, and how best to build relationships and employment opportunities for and with Aboriginal people, which is key to SEPA’s story and part of the legacy we want to leave behind.
